MY BACKGROUND
With over 19 years of experience, I’m a creative leader specializing in branding, UX/UI, web and app design, packaging, marketing, and advertising. I played a key role in building a thriving agency from the ground up, helping grow the company from a two-person startup into a team of more than 50 employees.
Throughout my career, I’ve served as Creative Director, Design Consultant, Art Director, Vice President, and Chief Creative Officer, leading creative teams across branding, marketing, digital, packaging, UI/UX, and integrated campaigns. My experience spans both hands-on creative execution and the operational leadership required to guide teams, manage workflows, oversee cross-functional collaboration, and deliver high-quality work across fast-paced environments.
Having been deeply involved in both the creative and operational sides of agency growth, I gained firsthand experience participating in high-level strategic discussions surrounding client relationships, business development, team structure, workflows, and long-term organizational planning. This broader visibility allowed me to bridge the gap between creative execution, operational efficiency, and business objectives, giving me a well-rounded perspective that extends far beyond traditional design leadership roles.
I’ve partnered with startups, enterprise brands, hospitality groups, luxury companies, technology firms, healthcare organizations, and consumer-facing brands ranging from emerging businesses to Fortune 500 companies. My background combines strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, team leadership, and technical production knowledge, along with a strong attention to detail and systems thinking shaped by my early background in architectural design and technical drafting.
Whether leading creative direction, managing production pipelines, mentoring designers, overseeing client relationships, or helping teams bring complex ideas to life, I focus on building thoughtful, effective creative solutions that balance aesthetics, usability, brand consistency, and business goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the outdoors, bike riding, hiking, carpentry, and attending concerts whenever I have the chance.
